Returns, warranties, complaints

The motto of our online store is: our customers come first. At Senpo – Beds and Mattresses, we are responsive to our customers’ needs and proceed with return, complaint and warranty procedures immediately upon receipt of the goods with a set of required documents.

 

Returns

In order to carry out the return procedure efficiently, please send back the unused product (unpacked; in the case of mattresses, quilts, pillows and other products that, due to the way they are used, should be factory-packed for resale) together with:
1. a completed return form
2. proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

We return the funds in accordance with the rules of our store, within 14 working days, to the account indicated by the customer in the return form.

 

Complaints:

Our store is committed to selling a full-quality product. If the goods are found to be defective or not in accordance with the contract, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods, or if the defect was found – one year from the release of the product by the store.
When submitting a complaint, it is required to deliver the advertised product to the address of the store (if returning the goods is not possible, it is necessary to deliver documentation, such as photos of product defects), along with proof of purchase and a completed complaint application. Proof of purchase is a receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase from the Store.

In case of problems with the purchased goods, please contact us directly at zamowienia@senpo.pl to determine the procedures for carrying out a complaint.

Please indicate in the message:
1. customer data – name, surname, email address, telephone number;
2. a scan of the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice);
3. product photos.
